....by my weight. My whole body is made of only pure fat. I weigh 200lbs and I need to lose but everytime I try, I fail. Help please!

i am the 160 pounds and I hate saying that....i am losing weight...all u have to do is motivat your yourself!! i am just eating lyk watermelon and and saled and stuff and walking soo we can do it together!!! good luck!!

There's a small prob though....I have sooo much trouble being motivated to do anything...being made of pure fat brings me down too much. Plus my family is poor and healthy food is so expensive here in NewCastle Indiana. Even at Krogers it is unless it's on sale. :(Also, its just now getting to the 90 degree weather and so I can only walk inside....but maybe thats good cuz we got AC and so I would be comfy while walking so I can just relax while I walk and still excersize good. IDK but the other probs are still there.
